Pinnacle at Wesley Chapel (PWC) is a 55+ active-adult, boutique community located in the charming Village of Wesley Chapel. This beautiful and serene neighborhood completed in 2023 is comprised of 60 owner-occupied homes with a community clubhouse that includes a fitness center, certified butterfly garden, and dog park. Situated off of Weddington Road, PWC is located close to everything you need — recreation, dining, shopping, health care, and everyday services.
